Indica offers a wide range of materials which “dampen” and attenuate low frequency noises. These range from heavy density barriers, fibreglass and rockwool solutions to decoupler sandwich composites which can be tailor made to insulate against specific noise problems.

We offer a range of high resilience and durable polyethers for bespoke comfort applications as well as viscoelastic “memory foam” which can provide high levels of weight distribution relieving pressure and allowing for a relaxing and comfortable experience. We also specialise in bio-compatible facings and coatings which are approved for safe use by recognised medical standards.

Indica offers an extensive range of flexible to heavy duty sealing control for the HVAC and Automotive industry. These range from EPDM’s, Neoprene, Cross Linked Polyethelynes to semi-closed cell rubbers and sponges. This allows a wide range of choice to choose the correct material in terms of compression set and weatheribility for the desired application. Aside from sealing applications, many of these materials can be used effectively as bumpers and spacers for squeak and rattle applications. Indica is also able to provide cutting solutions for quick and easy on the line applications. We are also able to advise on the correct choice of adhesives that laminate well to various materials and substrates ranging from PP, Steel, ABS, and Aluminium amongst others.

Indica has a range of materials which are best suited for high performance in terms of weight savings, high temperature, weatheribilty, flame retardency and resiliency. These range from polyamide and melamine foams to silicone foams. Special applications can be coalescent filters, “Class O” or specially treated for hydrophobic or hydrophilic applications.
